Payment policy :
– Room rates are inclusive of 10% tax, 5% service charge.
– You only need to pay 20% deposit when booking directly with the hotel.

– By cash.
– By Visa Card, Master Card and American Express plus 2% bank fee is applied.

Check-in/out policy:
– Check in: 14: 00hrs
– Check out: 12: 00hrs
– Early check in: subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy:
– Late check-out must be notified to the Front Desk at least one night before and subject to availability.
– Late check out after 12h00 to 17h00: 50% of room rate and subject to availability.
– Check out after 17h00: 100% of room rate and subject to availability.
– Early check-in or late check out will be upon availability.
For early check in, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate check in.

Child Policy:
– Children under 5 years old are free if sharing bed with parents.
– Children from 6 to 12 years old sharing bed with parents or using the extra bed: extra bed 18USD/ person/night including breakfast
– Children over 12 years old compulsory extra bed: extra bed 18USD/ person/night including breakfast

Cancellation policy:
– If you cancel or change your booking within 03 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge and you will be refunded the deposit.
– If you cancel or change your reservation within 03 days prior to arrival date or do not check in, you will not be refunded deposit.
